Apollo Golden Properties Llp

Apollo Golden Properties Llp is up on the second floor of the Lulu Rayyan Building in Patteri. It’s right near the Kuthiravattam post office, so it is pretty easy for people to drop off mail or find us if they are in the neighborhood. We share the building with a few other businesses, but it stays quiet enough for us to talk to folks about land and houses. Getting up to the second floor keeps us a bit active, I suppose. The office isn't anything special to look at, just desks, some old maps on the wall, and a lot of registers. We spend a lot of our time looking at different spots around the city and talking to owners. My brother usually handles the phone calls while I go out to check on the buildings we are managing. It can get quite hot in the afternoons, so we have a couple of fans that stay on all day. We’ve seen the area change a lot since we moved into the Lulu Rayyan Building. More shops have opened up down the street and the road gets busier every year. We don't have a big marketing team or anything, it is just us working out of this space. If someone needs help with property, they usually just walk in or give us a ring. We usually wrap things up by six unless there's a lot of paperwork to finish. The building name is on the front, so you can't miss it once you are in Patteri.
