We are based in the Amina Complex, over in the Kumaraswamy area. Our room is 15/490D. It’s located in Chelannur, which is part of Kozhikode. It’s a decent area, not too far out but far enough to feel like its own community. The complex has a few other shops and offices, so there’s a bit of a buzz during the day. We’ve got a small space where we keep all our ledgers and documents. It’s not the biggest office you’ll ever see, but we make it work. Most of our time is spent checking figures and talking to the folks who live nearby. Kozhikode has a lot of history, and we feel like we’re just another small part of it. We don't have any flashy signs or big advertising budgets. People usually hear about us through word of mouth or by just walking past the Amina Complex. We try to keep things organized, but sometimes the desk gets a bit messy when we’re busy. We take our lunch breaks together and talk about the local news. It’s a very human way to run a business. We don't have a head office in some big city telling us what to do. We just make our own decisions and handle our own work right here in Chelannur. It’s practical, it’s local, and it’s just how we like it. We’ve been doing this for a while and it suits us just fine.
