Amala Decorations

Amala Decorations is located in the Kjs Complex, right across from the Tagore Centenary Hall on R C Road. It’s a busy spot, and being near the hall means we see a lot of events happening all the time. Our shop is usually full of fabrics, lights, and all the various bits and pieces we use to fix up a space for a party or a wedding. We aren't a big design firm; we’re just a small crew that knows how to put a room together. Most of our work involves hauling stuff in and out of the complex and setting things up so they look right for the occasion. It’s a lot of climbing ladders and untangling wires, which isn't always as glamorous as people think. We started doing this because we had a knack for making spaces look a bit better for celebrations. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just listen to what someone wants and then we try to make it happen with the stuff we have in stock. R C Road can get pretty crowded, so moving our equipment can be a bit of a headache sometimes, but we’ve got a routine down. We’ve been in this complex for a while, and the neighbors know us well. It’s just a regular local business trying to do right by the people who hire us.
