Alungal Realtors Private Limited has its office in the Al Abeer Building on Mavoor Road in Kozhikode. Specifically, we are in the Parayanchery area with the pin code 673016. Mavoor Road is one of the busiest streets around here, so there is always something going on right outside our windows. The office is pretty standard. We have some desks, a few chairs for visitors, and plenty of files stacked up in the corners. We do real estate work, which means a lot of time spent looking at maps and checking legal documents. We aren't a high-polished corporate firm. We are just a group of people who know the Kozhikode property market well. Sometimes the office gets a bit dusty because of all the traffic on the main road, but we try to keep it tidy. We don't have a big team of sales people or a marketing department. It’s just us doing the work every day. People stop by quite often because the building is easy to find. We have some tea, talk about what they are looking for, and see if we can help. It’s a very straightforward way of doing things. We don't use any complicated jargon or try to sound more important than we are. Some days are long, especially when we have to go out and inspect land in the heat, but it’s part of the job.
