Alungal Properties Private Limited is located in the Al Abeer Building. We are right on Mavoor Road in the Parayanchery area of Kozhikode. If you know Mavoor Road, you know it is one of the busiest parts of the city. There is always a lot of noise from the buses and cars passing by. Our office is just a regular room in the building. It has white walls and some simple wooden desks. We don't have any big art pieces or expensive rugs. It’s a practical space where we can focus on the documents and meetings we have every day. The building is 673004, and it’s easy to find once you are in Parayanchery. We’ve been operating out of this spot for a while now. Most people who work in the nearby shops know us. It can get a bit crowded in the hallways of the building during the middle of the day. We usually have a few people coming in and out, asking questions or dropping off papers. We don't use any fancy scripts when we talk to people. We just say things as they are. It’s a very standard Kozhikode office life. We deal with the heat, the traffic, and the paperwork just like everyone else around here. It’s nothing special, just our daily work life in the city. We appreciate the people who stop in to say hello. It makes the day feel a little less long.
