Our setup at 1/970-D 19 in the Westhill area is where we handle the day-to-day of Allaince Hospital Products India Pvt Ltd. If you’re familiar with the Jaslu spot on Kannur Road, you probably know where we are. We do a lot of our communication through the alliancehp@yahoo.co.in email address because it’s just easier than being on the phone all day. The place is usually full of supplies and medical gear waiting to go out. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything, it’s just us working through the orders as they come in. Some days are quieter than others, but usually, there's a lot of heavy lifting involved. We’ve been at this for a bit now and have a system that works for us, even if it looks a bit messy to an outsider. The building is easy to find if you’re coming down Kannur Road. We try to stay on top of things, though the paperwork can pile up on the desks. It’s a local operation, and we like it that way. We aren’t trying to be some giant corporation, just a reliable place for hospital supplies. Most of our time is spent in the back checking the shelves. When a delivery truck pulls up, everything else stops so we can unload. It’s practical work and it keeps us on our feet throughout the shift. We just do what needs doing every day until the work is finished and we can head home.
