Ajay Pharma is situated right on the Thamarassery Main Road Thamarassery. If you know Thamarassery, you know that the main road is always full of vehicles and people moving through. The sound of horns and engines is just part of our day. We spend most of our time in the back or behind the counter, dealing with the daily requirements of a pharmaceutical shop. It is a lot of repetitive work, like checking the inventory against the orders we receive. We don't have any corporate training or polished scripts. We just talk to people normally. The dust from the road sometimes finds its way inside, so we are always cleaning the glass and the shelves. It is a simple, practical life. We open early because the traffic starts early on the main road. Sometimes we have a quick lunch while sitting among the crates. It is not a fancy lifestyle, but it is our reality at Ajay Pharma. We have our regulars who we see every week, and we just get on with our business. We don't use any marketing tricks or try to promise things we can't do. We just stay here at our address on the main road and make sure the shop is ready for whatever the day brings. It is just us, the medicine boxes, and the busy street outside our window. We don’t overcomplicate things; we just do the work that needs doing.
