You can find us up on the 5th floor of the Emporia Views building in Malaparamba. We are quite close to Iqra Hospital, which is a landmark most people in Kozhikode know. Being on the fifth floor gives us a bit of a view, but mostly we are just focused on the desk work and the contracting side of things. It’s an LLP, so it’s a few of us working together to manage different building contracts. We spend a lot of time on the phone with suppliers or looking at design drafts. It’s not always glamorous work, especially when there are delays or things don't go exactly to plan on a site, but we deal with it. We handle both the design part and the actual contracting, so we see a project from start to finish. Some days we are stuck in the office for hours, and other days we barely spend ten minutes there because we are out at different locations around town. We’ve been around the Malaparamba area for some time now and have gotten to know how things work in this part of the city. We don't have any big corporate slogans or anything like that at Adis Design And Contracting Llp. We just come in, do the work, and try to make sure the buildings we are responsible for turn out okay. It’s a practical business for practical people who just want their projects finished.
