Mas Building Facility

Our office is located on the second floor of the Majit Building in Kozhikode. We’re right near Railway Station Road, which is a very busy part of the district almost all the time. You can always hear the trains coming and going if the windows are open. It’s a bit of an older building, so it has some character, like the creaky stairs and the high ceilings that keep it relatively cool. We call ourselves Mas Building Facility. We mostly deal with the day-to-day things that keep buildings running. It’s not glamorous work, but it’s necessary for things to function properly. Our office is pretty basic. We have a few maps on the walls and some clipboards hanging by the door. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out at different sites. When we are in the office, it’s usually to catch up on notes or have a quick meal before heading out again. We don’t have a fancy lobby or a receptionist to greet you. Usually, if you need us, you just walk up the stairs and knock. People in the area know we’ve been around for a long time. We don’t spend money on advertising or big signs. We just do the work we’re given and try to do it right. It’s a simple business model, but it’s worked for us so far in Kozhikode.
