We are over at Flat No. 3 in the Subagraha Apartments. The address is New No. 11 on 4th Street in Rathinapuri, which is right in the Koyambedu area. If you’ve been to Koyambedu, you know it’s where all the buses go. Our office isn't very big. It's just a converted flat where we keep all the brochures and travel files. Earth Dreams Holidays Pvt. Ltd. has been operating from here for a while. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or on the computer looking for routes and prices. It gets pretty noisy outside because of the traffic, but we are used to it by now. People usually find us because they live nearby or heard about us from someone else. We don't have a big storefront with neon lights. It’s just a regular apartment door. We help people figure out where they want to go for their breaks. Sometimes it’s a family going on a pilgrimage and other times it’s just someone needing a bus ticket. We have a couple of desks squeezed into the main room. We aren't a giant agency with hundreds of employees. It’s just us three. We make a lot of tea and talk to people about their plans. It’s a decent way to spend the day. Rathinapuri is a nice enough spot once you get off the main road. We just try to get the bookings done right so nobody gets stuck.
