We are located out in P.Subramaniyapuram near the Pungavarnatham post office. It is a quiet spot in Ettayapuram and honestly, it gets pretty hot here most days. Sobha Developers Ltd has been set up at this Tuticorin address for a while now. Most mornings start with us opening up the windows to let some air in before the sun gets too high. There is always a bit of dust on the tables from the road outside but that is just part of living in this area. We have a few desks and some old maps of the land pinned to the walls. People from the nearby villages often stop by to ask questions or just to see what is happening with the local projects. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything like that.
