We are located at Shop No. 2 in the Regulated Market Shopping Complex in Pudugramam. It is a busy spot, especially when it is market day and everyone is out. Our shop is not very big, but we make the most of the space we have. We have shelves lining almost every wall to hold the stock. Most of our day is spent talking to the people who stop by the shop. We handle different things that come through the international trade routes. It takes a lot of time to track where things are and when they are going to arrive. The paperwork usually sits in tall piles on the desk. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon and we just sit outside on the steps until it comes back on. It is a friendly place to work. We know all the other shop owners in the complex and we share news or help each other with unloading trucks. We do not have any big signs or bright lights to get attention. We just have the name written over the door. It gets a bit dusty because of the road work nearby, but we try to keep the inside as clean as possible. We are not trying to be the biggest business around. We just want to make sure the people who buy from us get exactly what they asked for. It has been our daily life for a long time.
