You can find Neelam Agency at 56 Pasuvanthanai Road. We are located in the Thirumangai Nagar area. It’s a decent neighborhood, mostly houses and some small shops like ours. The road out front is paved but has its share of bumps. Our agency is a small storefront where we spend most of our daylight hours. We deal with various agency tasks, mostly paperwork and coordinating between different people. The interior is pretty basic. We have a counter, some shelves for files, and a few calendars on the wall to keep track of the days. It’s not a place with fancy decor or expensive furniture. We focus on getting the daily jobs finished. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded when a few people come in at once, but we manage. The afternoon sun hits the front door, so we usually keep the shade pulled halfway down. We’ve been here long enough that we know the guys at the tea stall down the street and the people who live in the nearby houses. It’s a quiet life for the most part. We don’t do any big advertising or anything like that. People just know where we are and what we do. We try to be helpful when someone comes in with a question. It’s a simple business run by people who live right around here. There is always a pile of mail waiting for us every morning.
