Lachu Tech Support

Lachu Tech Support is located at No:15-1 in Jothi Nagar. It is a small place where we handle various technical support tasks. We don't have a big corporate office or a lot of employees. Most of the time, it’s just a couple of us sitting at our desks with headphones on, helping people over the phone or fixing a computer that someone brought in. Jothi Nagar is a quiet residential area, which is nice because we can focus on our work without too much distraction. We’ve been here for a bit, and the neighbors are used to seeing us coming and going at odd hours. Sometimes the work is easy, and other times we have to spend hours searching for a solution to a weird software bug. We don't have any fancy mission statements or slogans. We just try to be useful when things break. The office has a few old posters on the walls and a stack of manuals that we rarely look at anymore. We make a lot of coffee to keep ourselves going during the long afternoons. It is a humble setup, but it gets the job done. If you live around Jothi Nagar, you probably know the building. We are just regular people who happened to be good with technology. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s our life. We keep things simple and just handle whatever comes through the door.
