Well Build Design

We’re located on the 2nd floor of Vadakkeyil Tower on Manimala Road in Karukachal. Kottayam is where we call home and where most of our work happens. Well Build Design is basically a small group of us who enjoy putting buildings together. We aren't a massive firm with a lot of layers. If you call, you usually get one of us directly. We spend our days drawing up plans and then heading out to sites to see how the laborers are doing. It’s a lot of driving around the Karukachal area and checking on progress. We like being involved in the whole process, not just the start. The office is pretty simple, just some desks and a lot of rolls of paper. We have been working in this community for a while, so we know most of the local suppliers and workers. It helps when we need to get things moving. We don't use much marketing talk because we think the work we do speaks for itself. It’s about making sure a house or a shop is built right and stays that way. We have our fair share of long days and stressful moments, but that’s just part of the job. We keep at it because we like seeing things being built from the ground up, and we take a bit of pride in seeing a finished project standing there.
