Our office is located at Arippara Sreenilayam House in the Edappady area of Kottayam. It is a beautiful part of Kerala, though we spend more time looking at logistics charts than the scenery most days. Waterways Logistics India Pvt Ltd started as a small idea and grew into what it is today. We handle a lot of the back-end work that comes with moving goods across the state and beyond. Being in Kottayam means we are right in the middle of a lot of trade routes, which helps a lot. The house we work out of is easy to find if you know the Edappady post office area. We aren't a big city firm with hundreds of employees in suits. It’s mostly just us working hard to coordinate shipments and talk to vendors. Sometimes the rain here in Kerala slows things down, but that is just part of living and working in this region. We deal with all sorts of items, and every day brings a new challenge with a delivery or a pickup. We try to keep things simple and honest. If a truck is going to be late, we say so. People around here appreciate that kind of directness. We’ve been part of this community for a long time, and we plan to stay here at Sreenilayam House, just doing our work and helping local businesses get their products where they need to be. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy.
