Viva Constructions Pvt Ltd,Trivandrum

We are based out of the Powathuparambil House in Pampady, which is in the Kottayam district. Even though the name says Trivandrum, this house in the village is where the core of Viva Constructions happens. It’s a family-oriented setup in a way, being in a residential area of Kerala rather than some industrial park. You’ll mostly find us dealing with paperwork, checking on materials, and coordinating where the trucks need to go next. The humidity here can be a bit much, but we are used to it by now. There isn't a big reception desk or a sign in the lobby because it’s just a practical workspace for a construction crew and the management. We handle a variety of local building projects around the district and sometimes further out. Most of our day is spent on the phone or out at the actual sites, so the office is often just a place to file things and handle the payroll. It’s a straightforward operation. No one wears suits here. We wear what’s comfortable for being on a dusty site or sitting in a humid office. We’ve been part of the Pampady community for quite some time, and people around here know where to find us if they need a wall built or a house started. We just focus on the task at hand and try to stay busy throughout the year. It's nothing fancy, just a local business getting through the daily list of chores.
