Vilangattu Agencies is tucked away in Nanadam, right near the market area in Vikom. Being so close to Nanadam Market means there is always something going on. You can hear the vendors and the shoppers throughout the day. We’ve been operating from this spot for a good long while now. Most people around here know us by name, or at least they know where the office is. It’s not a huge place, just a decent-sized setup where we keep things moving. We usually start the day by checking the stock and seeing what needs to go out. The humidity here can be something else, especially during the monsoon, but we’re used to it. The tea shop next door is where most of our breaks happen. It's a simple life, honestly. We aren't doing anything revolutionary, just making sure the agency runs like it should. Sometimes the delivery vans get stuck in the narrow lanes near the market, and we all have to go out and help direct them. It builds a bit of character, I suppose. The staff here are mostly local guys from Vikom and the surrounding villages. We know each other's families and what’s happening in the town. If you’re ever near the market, you’ll see our sign. It’s nothing flashy, just a plain board. That’s how we like it. We focus on the work and the people who come through our doors every day without any fuss.
