Thomsun Estates Llp is based out at Chenapady Estate in Kovappally. Our address is Xvii/431, which is a bit out of the way compared to the city offices. It’s a lot greener around here, and we spend a good amount of time looking out at the trees. The office itself is just a basic room with some sturdy wooden furniture. We do a lot of our work by hand, writing things down in big registers before we put them into the computer. It’s a slower pace of life in Kovappally, and we don't mind that at all. Sometimes the power goes out for an hour or two, so we just sit on the porch and wait for it to come back on. We handle a lot of inquiries about the land in this area. Most of the people we talk to are locals who have lived here as long as we have. We don't go in for fancy marketing or big ads. People usually find out about us by word of mouth or by seeing our sign near the estate entrance. We’ve got a small radio that plays in the background while we work. It’s a quiet, honest way to spend the day. We take care of the paperwork and make sure everything is in order for the estates we look after. It is a nice way to live and work away from the city noise.
