Raintech Online Store

We are located near Mar Slieba School in Maravanthuruthu. The area is usually quiet except when school lets out and the kids are everywhere. We started Raintech because we saw everyone buying stuff online and thought we could do it from here too. Most days are spent looking at the computer and making sure the boxes go out. It's not a fancy office. Just a room with shelves and some packing tape. Sometimes the internet is slow, which gets annoying when you have a lot of orders to process. We handle mostly electronics and small gadgets. People call us to ask if we have things in stock. It’s a lot of work but it keeps us busy. The shop is right here in Edavattom, Thalayolaparambu, at the Mp Ix/311 C spot. We don't have a big sign or anything, just the address on the wall. It’s basically just us and the inventory. Some days it rains hard and the road gets muddy, but we still manage to get things done. We don't do much advertising. Most people find us through the website or just know us from around here. It started as a small idea and now we spend all day here. We don't have a big corporate team or anything like that. It is just a few of us trying to make sure the customers get what they ordered. We use simple boxes and try to pack things so they don't break on the way.
