Our office is right on Market Road, which is pretty much the heart of everything here in Thalayolaparambu. Being part of the Merchants Association building means we are always right in the middle of the daily hustle. You can hear the trucks and the shops opening up every morning from our desks. We started this because the local shopkeepers and traders needed a place to manage their money without going all the way into the bigger cities like Ernakulam. It’s a Nidhi company, so we mostly deal with our members who are usually folks running the stalls and businesses around the market. We try to keep things moving so people can get back to their customers. It’s honest work for local people, and we’ve been doing it this way for a while now.
