Strawbasket Food Productions Llp is run out of the Kavumpurathu Building, specifically at Building No. I/112. We’re over in Parampuzha. It’s a decent area, not too crowded. We’ve been here for a few years now. The building is solid and gives us enough room to do our food production work. It’s not the most modern place, but we’ve fixed it up enough to be comfortable. Most of our day is spent handling the machines and packing things up. It’s repetitive work, but we don't mind it. It gives us time to talk and listen to the radio. We get our mail at the Parampuzha P.O. nearby. We don't have a receptionist or an office manager. If the phone rings, one of us just stops what we’re doing and answers it. We try to keep things simple. We don’t like a lot of fuss. Parampuzha is a nice place to be because it’s a bit quieter than the big cities. We know our neighbors and they know what we do. We aren't trying to be some massive company. We just want to make a living and do a good job. Some days are long, and we go home pretty tired. But it’s a good kind of tired. We just keep our heads down and focus on the tasks at hand. It’s a practical way to run a business, and it suits us just fine. Sometimes we stay until the evening.
