Stelingenium International Solution Private Limited is based out of Outhicamannil House in Kuriannoor. Thottapuzhassery is a nice area, and we’re glad to be part of it. We aren’t a huge corporation with floors of people. It’s just a small group of us working out of this house. It makes the whole thing feel more personal, I think. We don't have a big human resources department or a fancy lobby. You just come to the door and one of us will let you in. We started this because we wanted to provide solutions that actually made sense to people. We don’t use a lot of big words or try to confuse anyone. If you have a problem, we see if we can fix it. The house has been in the family for a while, so it feels like home while we work. Sometimes we work late into the evening when there is a lot to catch up on. You can hear the sounds of the neighborhood through the windows. It's a lot better than being stuck in a glass box in some city center. We keep our paperwork in order, but the desks might look a bit messy to an outsider. That's just because we are actually busy doing things. We don't have time to be perfectly tidy all the time. We just do our best. It’s a quiet way to live and work, and we’re happy with how things are going so far.
