Skyline Builders is based at the Karikattil House in Vellassery. We are in the Kaduthuruthy area of the Kottayam district in Kerala, with the pin code 686604. It’s a family-oriented space rather than a cold corporate office. We’ve been part of the Vellassery neighborhood for a long time. Our work happens right here from the house. It’s a very traditional setup where we handle all our meetings and planning in a relaxed environment. You won't find any slick marketing presentations here. We usually just sit down with some paper and a pencil to figure things out. Kaduthuruthy is a place where people value honesty and hard work, and we try to live up to that every day. The office is often filled with the sounds of the neighborhood. We know the local rhythms, like when the shops open and when the traffic picks up on the main road. We don't have a big staff, so when you call or visit, you are talking directly to the people who are doing the actual work. It’s a small operation, but we stay busy. Being in Kottayam district means we deal with a lot of greenery and sometimes difficult terrain, but that’s just part of life here. We are happy with our spot in Karikattil House. It’s where we started and where we plan to stay.
