Our company, Riodek (Opc) Private Limited, is located in Arpookara, which is a bit of a different scene compared to the busy streets of Kochi. We operate from a spot cared for by Sujith Babu at Kunnathrikayil. This isn't a typical office with a lobby or a security guard at the gate. It is more of a personal, local setup where the real work happens without any distractions. Kottayam has its own slow and steady pace, and we fit right into that lifestyle. The office is basically a room filled with the usual supplies and a couple of computers. You can hear the sounds of the neighborhood coming through the windows, which is a lot better than hearing constant car horns. Since it’s a one-person company structure, things stay very simple and direct. There aren't many layers of management or people to check in with. It is just us handling the day-to-day requirements as they come in. Sometimes the paperwork piles up on the desk, but we get through it eventually. We know the people living nearby and the small shops where we grab our lunch. It feels honest to work in a place like this. We don’t have any fancy words to describe our business. We just wake up, head to the office, and do what needs to be finished. It is practical work in a part of Kerala we know very well.
