Revente India is based out of Hill Top Garden in Vennimala. It’s a bit of a trek to get up here, but the air is a lot fresher than it is down in the city. Payapady is a quiet area, and being at the top of the hill makes it even more peaceful. We use this space to manage our business, which mostly involves a lot of coordinating and planning. It’s not a typical industrial site; it’s more like a quiet workspace surrounded by greenery. We have a few desks and a lot of notebooks scattered around. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow because of the location, but we manage. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees. It’s just a group of us who like working away from the hustle. We don't have a mission statement or any of those corporate posters on the walls. We just have a calendar and a list of things to do. We spend our days answering emails and figuring out the logistics for our next project. The view from the garden is nice when we need a break from looking at screens. We’ve been at Hill Top Garden for a bit now and it feels like home. It’s a practical way to run a business without all the stress of the city center. We just keep things moving at our own pace. We hope to stay here for a long time.
