Rag Associates

You can find us at the Kozhipoovananickal Building in Mundakkayam. It’s a beautiful part of Kerala, though we spend most of our time inside looking at documents and maps. Rag Associates is a small team. We’ve been working out of this building for some years now. The pace here in Mundakkayam is a bit slower than the big cities, which we like. Most of our clients are local people or businesses from the surrounding hills. We don't have a big corporate lobby. When you walk in, you’re basically in our workspace. There’s usually a pot of tea going and some talk about the latest local news. We handle the tasks that come our way, whether it's related to land or other local matters. It’s steady work. We aren't trying to be the biggest firm in the state. We just want to do the job right for the people who live around here. The building itself is a landmark for us. It’s where we’ve built our reputations. We know the roads and the families in this area. If you need to see us, just come to the building. One of us will be there. We don't use a lot of technical jargon if we can help it. We just explain things as they are. It’s a quiet life and a simple business, which suits us just fine. We just try to be helpful and honest with whoever walks in the door and asks for our time.
