Our Family Clinic

We are located in the SNDP Building in Koottar. It’s a well-known building, so people usually don't have a hard time finding Our Family Clinic. The space we have is straightforward. We have the front desk where we keep the registers and a few rooms in the back for seeing patients. It gets pretty dusty sometimes with the road right there, so we are always wiping things down. We see a lot of families from Koottar and the nearby areas. Most of the time, it's just basic medical stuff—checking blood pressure, looking at throats, and giving out advice. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles. The chairs in the waiting area are a bit old, but they do the job. We spend our mornings getting the files ready and making sure everything is in order. It’s a small team here, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything, from answering the phone to helping with a bandage. We don't have a big philosophy or anything; we just open up and wait for the first patient. Some days are slow and we just sit and talk, other days we don't even have time for a tea break. Koottar is a nice place to work, even if it gets a bit busy around the SNDP Building. It’s just a regular clinic for regular people who need a doctor. We do our best with what we have and keep things moving along. It’s our daily routine.
