We’re located in the Makil Centre on Good Shepherd Road. It’s a nice area to be in, with lots of small shops and trees lining the street. Our office is one of those places where there are always computers humming and cables running along the floor. We aren't a huge team, so the atmosphere is pretty relaxed. We usually have the radio playing softly in the background while we work on whatever tech issues come our way. Sometimes the internet acts up, which is ironic given what we do, but we just deal with it like everyone else. There’s a small balcony where we go to get some fresh air and watch the people going about their business on the road below. It’s a lot of sitting at desks and staring at screens, but we try to take breaks and talk to each other so we don't go crazy. We’ve got a little fridge stocked with cold drinks and a microwave that has seen better days. People stop by with their laptops or questions about software, and we just do our best to help them out without making it too complicated. It’s a decent place to spend the day, and we like being part of the neighborhood here. We've been here for a few years now and most of the regulars at the coffee shop nearby know our names, which makes it feel like home.
