Nelluvelil Agency is located at 26, M.C. Road in Thengana. If you know the area, you know M.C. Road can get pretty packed with traffic, especially during the rush hours. Our shop is just one of those standard buildings you might drive past without thinking much about it. Inside, it’s a bit cramped because we have stuff stacked up on the shelves almost to the ceiling. It’s not the most organized place in the world, but we know where everything is, mostly. We’ve been operating out of Thengana for some time now. Some of the neighbors have changed over the years but we’re still here at number 26. The fan in the back makes a bit of a clicking sound that we’ve just gotten used to over the months. We don't spend a lot of time on fancy decorations or anything like that. It's more about just getting the orders sorted and out the door. People from around here stop in when they need something, and we usually have a quick chat while the work gets done. Sometimes the rain comes down hard on the roof and you can barely hear yourself talk, which is just part of being on this road. It’s a straightforward setup. No big reception desk or people in suits, just us doing what we do every day. It works for us and the people who come by to see us.
