We are located at Padalumankal House in Valakuzhy, which is a quiet little spot near Thiruvalla in the Pathanamthitta district of Kerala. M/S. Al Ahmadiah Aktor- Aktor J.V. isn't some massive corporate entity with a skyscraper. Our office is more like a house, which makes it feel a bit more relaxed, though we still work hard. Being in Kerala, we have to deal with a lot of rain, which often slows down our construction schedules. You get used to the dampness and the greenery everywhere. Our team is a mix of people from the local area and others who have come for the project. We spend a lot of time sitting around a big wooden table, looking at plans and trying to coordinate the logistics of getting materials to the sites. It can be quite a challenge because some of the roads around here are narrow and winding. We don't have a professional receptionist or a fancy waiting room. If someone visits, they usually just walk in and find us working. We just want to get the job done properly without too much fuss. It’s about managing the workers, the weather, and the materials all at once. It’s not always perfect, but we put in the effort every single day to keep things moving. It’s a beautiful place to work, even when the schedules get a little tight.
