Our place is located in Kunnel House, over in the Paippad area of Changanacherry. If you're coming from the main road, you head toward P.C.Kavala.P.O in Kottayam district. It’s a quiet enough spot compared to the bigger cities. Most of us here grew up nearby or have lived in Kerala long enough to know the shortcuts through the narrow lanes. The building itself is an older house that we've converted to use for our daily operations. It doesn't look like much from the outside, maybe just another house on the block, but inside we are usually pretty busy. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy slogans for us. We just handle the business that comes through the door. Some mornings it's just the sound of the fans and the occasional tea break while we sort through the files. It's a local operation, through and through. We know the neighbors and they know us. Sometimes the rain makes the road a bit muddy, but that’s just how it is here during the monsoon. We don't try to be something we’re not. It’s just a group of people working together in a house in Paippad. We keep things simple. No corporate talk, just the work we need to finish by the end of the day. It suits us fine, and we’ve been here long enough that it feels like home now.
