We are based in the Kavanasseriyil Building over in Diwankavala, which is part of Poovanthuruthu in Kottayam. If you know where the Kuttikkattu Temple is, we are very close to that spot. It’s a nice area, a bit more relaxed than the middle of the city. Our shop is where we spend our hours fixing up phones for the local community. It’s not a high-tech lab, just a practical workspace with enough light and the right tools for the job. We see a lot of different phones every day. Some have water damage from the rain, others have screens that shattered after a fall. We just take them apart and see what’s going on inside. It’s quiet work mostly, focused on the small details. People from around Poovanthuruthu know us as the place to go when their device stops working right. We’ve been in this building for some time now and have gotten used to the daily rhythm of the neighborhood. We don't use any fancy talk or corporate phrases. We just tell you what’s wrong and try to fix it. The temple nearby brings a lot of people to this side of town, so we get a fair amount of walk-ins. It’s a decent way to earn a living, helping folks stay connected.
