You can find us over at Kalathipady in Kottayam. The office is called Kaithakattusseril, and the number is 18/346. We run a chitty fund here, which is a very traditional way of doing things in Kerala. It’s basically a group of people coming together to save and bid for money when they need it. We’ve been managing these funds for the locals for quite some time. The office is usually a bit busy during the auction days when people come in to see who gets the pot for the month. It can get a little loud with everyone talking at once, but we enjoy the energy. The rest of the time, it's just us doing the bookkeeping and making sure everyone has paid their dues. We don't use fancy software for everything; some things are still done the old-fashioned way because it works. Our staff is small, mostly just local people who know the families in Kalathipady. We don't have a big marketing budget or any of that. Most of our members joined because their parents were with us or their cousins recommended it. It's a trust-based thing. We keep the place clean and tidy, but it's a working office, not a showroom. If you need to find us, just look for the building near the main road. We are usually there from morning until the evening chores call us home. It’s a simple life and a simple business.
