Creative Hut Institute Of Photography

We are located out in Mattakkara, specifically at the National Education Research Foundation in Karimpany. It’s a bit out of the way, which is actually nice for what we do at Creative Hut Institute Of Photography. Being surrounded by a bit of nature helps when you're trying to take pictures. We aren't in a big city center with skyscrapers. Instead, we have trees and open space. The institute is a place where people come to learn how to use their cameras properly. It’s not just about pushing a button; there’s a lot to figure out about light and shadows. Students hang out here for a long time, sometimes even living nearby during their course. The atmosphere is pretty laid back. We don't have many strict uniforms or anything like that. It's mostly just people talking about lenses and lighting all day. The post office at Karimpany is our main landmark for mail and directions. Sometimes the rain in Kerala makes things interesting, but we just work around it and keep shooting. It’s a quiet life here compared to the city. We teach, we take photos, and we try to keep the equipment clean and ready. If you're looking for us, just follow the road toward the research foundation. It’s a long drive but the air is fresh and the view is worth it. We’ve been running this for a while and people seem to enjoy the peace.
