Mannalil Ayurveda Hospital

We are based in Ettumanoor, specifically in the Madappadu area of Punnathara. Mannalil Ayurveda Hospital has been part of this community for many years. It’s a local place through and through. We use the knowledge passed down about plants and oils to help the folks who come to see us. The hospital isn't a modern glass box; it’s more traditional and sits among the trees. You can hear the birds during the day while the treatments are going on in the rooms. We have several rooms for those who need to stay for a longer course of therapy. Our daily routine involves a lot of preparation, grinding herbs and warming up oils in the back. It’s hard work and it gets quite warm in the kitchen area. The people who work here mostly live nearby, so everyone knows each other. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing team. If someone needs help, they just walk up to the entrance or send a message through a friend. Ettumanoor is a nice place to be, and we feel lucky to have our hospital here in this quiet corner. We see people with all kinds of aches and pains. They come in, sit on the wooden benches, and wait for their turn. It’s a very grounded way of living and working. We don't try to be anything other than a traditional Ayurvedic spot for the local people and whoever else finds their way to us from the P.O. area.
