M. Thajudeen is the one who leads the work here, and he’s got the LLB, MBA, and FCA titles, but we don't make a big fuss about that in the office. Our actual location is at Vaimpallil House. That is in Moonnilavu Post, Vakakkadu, which is in the Kottayam district of Kerala. The pin code is 686586. Melvin V Thomas is also part of the setup here. It’s a very traditional Kerala house turned into a workspace. You can hear the rain on the roof during the monsoon while we are sitting inside working on tax filings. It’s a long way from the big cities, but we have everything we need to get the work done. The office is basically filled with shelves of books and files. We spend a lot of time on the phone or working through spreadsheets. It’s not a high-pressure environment most of the time, though things do pick up when the filing deadlines get close. We've been at this Moonnilavu location for quite some time. Locals know the Vaimpallil House and they know they can come here when they need help with their accounts. We don't have a marketing team or anything like that. We just rely on the work we do every day. It’s a quiet, honest living in a beautiful part of the country. We just keep track of the numbers.
