You can find us up on the third floor of Joseph Arcade in Pala. The room number is 633/D. It’s a bit of a hike up the stairs, but we like it because it’s a quiet spot away from the noise of the street. Our office isn’t much to look at, just a practical space where we keep our files and desks. We’ve been operating in Kottayam for some time, helping the local folks with the benefit fund. It’s mostly just paperwork and counting. We don’t have any marketing people or fancy logos. We are just a small group of staff who live nearby. On a typical day, we are busy with entries and chatting with people who come in from the market. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded when too many people visit at once, but we manage. The building itself is an old landmark in Pala, so everyone knows where to find us. We don’t try to sound like a big bank. We just talk like regular people because that’s who we are. We drink our tea, do our work, and make sure the books are right at the end of the day. It’s a simple life. We don’t make big promises we can’t keep. We just stay here in the arcade and do our job. It’s honest work and we are glad to be doing it here.
