Our place is in the Pulimoottil House, over in Pakkil. It's a quiet part of Kottayam. If you take the road toward Pakkil P.O., you'll find us easily enough. We aren't in one of those huge glass buildings you see in the city center. It’s more of a traditional house setting, which makes it feel a bit more grounded. A few of us spend our days here handling the daily tasks. We drink tea, look over the accounts, and chat with neighbors who drop by. Kottayam is a green place, and Pakkil has that calm atmosphere. We don't go in for flashy signs or anything like that. The house has its own character. Sometimes the internet is slow, or it gets a bit humid, but we manage. We just keep things moving along. It’s a simple routine we’ve got. We’ve been part of this community for some time. We know the roads around here well. When someone walks in, they usually know someone we know. That’s how it is in a place like this. We aren't trying to be something we're not. We just run the office out of the Pulimoottil House and stay busy with the local work. It’s regular life here in Kerala. Nothing fancy, just plain work. We close up when the day is done and come back tomorrow to do it again. It's a steady pace that suits us just fine.
