KANJIRAPALLY NIDHI LIMITED

Our office is in the Picture Green Building. We are on the first floor, at door XXI/628 F. Kanjirappally is a busy town, and we are right in the middle of it in Kottayam. Most mornings start with a cup of coffee and opening up the shutters. It is a simple setup we have. A few desks, some old cupboards for filing, and enough chairs for whoever walks in. We spend the day looking at records and helping people with their paperwork. It is not very exciting, but it is necessary work. We have been in this spot for a while now. You can see the main road from our balcony area. Sometimes it gets quite dusty, so we are always wiping down the tables. We know the other shop owners in the building well. We share the same hallway and sometimes we chat during lunch breaks. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who know how to handle the accounts. If you are coming from the town center, we are easy to spot. The building has a distinct look. We try to be helpful when people have questions about their money. We just explain things as they are. No fancy talk. It is just a local office doing local business. We close up around five and head home like everyone else. It’s a steady routine that we’ve grown used to. That is all there is to it, really.
