Isssa Trading Company

Isssa Trading Company is located right at Petta Junction in Kanjirapally. It is a very busy spot where several roads meet, so there is always something going on outside our door. We’ve been here for quite some time now, dealing in all sorts of goods that the people around Kanjirapally need. The shop is a bit old-fashioned. We don't have any of those modern checkout counters or bright lights. It’s mostly just shelves and stacks of bags and boxes. We open up early because that’s when the traders start moving around the junction. It can get quite loud with the buses and trucks honking outside, but we’re used to it by now. We spend our day weighing things out, counting stock, and talking to the regulars. There’s a lot of manual labor involved in what we do. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who know where everything is kept. Sometimes a delivery truck gets stuck in traffic at the junction, and we have to wait around to unload it. It’s not a perfect system, but it works for us. We don't do any big advertising campaigns. People know we are here at Petta Junction if they need something. It’s a practical, straightforward business. We just try to keep enough stock on hand and treat people fairly when they come through the door. That’s how we’ve always done things here in Kanjirapally.
