You can find Home Center right on the Mc Road in Kumaranalloor. We are situated near the Heera Apartment, which is a big landmark for most people around here. Being on the main road means we see a lot of traffic and people passing by all day long. We keep the shop open for anyone looking to get things for their house. It isn't a massive warehouse, just a local spot where we stock what we think people need. Some days are very quiet and we just sit and watch the cars go by on Mc Road. Other days, it seems like everyone in Kottayam wants to come in at the same time. We handle everything ourselves, from the cleaning to the heavy lifting. If a customer comes in looking for something specific, we try to find it in the back or tell them when we can get it. We aren't trying to be like those big malls. We just like having a shop where neighbors can stop in and have a chat while they look at some hardware or home items. Sometimes the rain makes things a bit slow, but we stay open regardless. It’s been our routine for a long time now. We know most of the people who live nearby in the apartments. It is a simple life running a small business like this, and we just take it one day at a time.
