Davi Engineering Industries

Davi Engineering Industries is based over in Thalayolaparambu. We are in the building right near Hotel Ganam. It is a familiar landmark for anyone living around here. Our workshop is where all the engineering work happens. It is usually quite noisy with the sound of machines and tools. We have been at this location for a good while. The post office is close by too. We mostly focus on making parts and fixing things that people bring to us. It is a hands-on kind of place. You won't find any fancy carpets or air-conditioned lobbies here. Instead, there is grease on the floor and metal scraps in the bins. That is just the nature of what we do. The team knows the machines inside out. We work through the heat of the day and sometimes late into the evening if a job is urgent. Thalayolaparambu is a quiet enough town but our corner stays busy. We see the same faces coming by with different requests. It is a steady way to make a living. We just keep our tools sharp and our eyes on the work. Being near the hotel means there is always somewhere to get a quick snack. We are just a local engineering shop doing our bit. Nothing more to it than that. The building is old but it stays sturdy for us. We just keep the gears turning and the work flowing every single day. The rain sounds loud on the tin roof.
