Century Constructions

You can find Century Constructions in the Kudakasseril Building along K.K Road in Kottayam. We’re situated pretty close to the Collectorate, so it’s a central spot that stays busy throughout the day. We’ve been operating from this office for some time now, focusing on the practical side of building. Our space isn't overly decorated; it’s mostly filled with stacks of blueprints, measuring tapes, and some half-finished models. We spend most of our hours either here or out on the road visiting various construction sites. Kottayam is a hilly place in some parts, so we’ve learned a lot about how to build on different types of land. We don’t do much fancy talk. If you need a house built or a commercial space renovated, we just look at the site and give you a realistic idea of what’s needed. Sometimes the traffic on K.K Road makes it hard to get around, but we manage. We’re a small team, and we all know each other well. We handle the paperwork, the labor management, and the material sourcing ourselves. It’s a lot of back-and-forth, but we like the work. Being near the Collectorate means we’re right in the heart of things. We aren't interested in being the biggest company around. We just want to do our jobs well and make sure the buildings we put up are solid. It’s everyday work for us, and we take it as it comes, one brick at a time. We focus on the task at hand.
