C S Constructions

We have been running C S Constructions from our spot on T B Road for a while now. You can find us right near Kalyan Silks in Thirunakkara. It's a busy part of Kottayam, but we like being where the action is. People usually drop by the office to talk about house plans or some renovation they have in mind. We aren't a big fancy firm with receptionists in suits. It is mostly just us sitting around a table with some blueprints and a lot of coffee. Construction is a lot of hard work and sometimes things get messy with the rain or getting materials on time, but that is just how it goes here. We try to keep things straightforward. If someone needs a wall fixed or a whole new structure built, we look at the site and tell them what can be done. Most of our days are spent out at different sites around Kottayam checking on the workers. The office is our base where we keep all the files and tools. Sometimes it’s a bit unorganized because we are busy moving from one place to another. We know the local area well since we've lived here so long. It helps when you need to know where to get the best sand or who is good with plumbing. We just focus on getting the job finished so people can move in. No big speeches or anything, just showing up and doing the work as it comes.
