Bestone Restaurant Llp is located in the Nellippuzha Building, which is 6/18T if you are looking at the numbers. We are right on the road that goes from Pala to Ettumanoor. It’s a very busy stretch of road in Kottayam. You see all kinds of cars and buses going past all day long. We started this place because we saw how many people were traveling and needed a spot to stop for a bit. It’s not a luxury setup. We have basic tables and chairs. The walls are painted a plain color. We try to keep things clean and the food hot. That is the main thing we worry about. We don’t have a fancy website or a person to do our social media. We just answer the phone if it rings. Sometimes it’s hard to hear because of the traffic noise outside. Kerala weather can be tough, so we are glad to have a solid roof over our heads here in Cherpunkal. Most of our regulars are drivers or local people who live nearby in the village. We know many of them by name now. We don't try to do anything too fancy with the menu. Just the regular stuff people like to eat when they are hungry. We open up early and stay open until the road gets quiet at night. It’s just honest work for us every single day and we hope to keep it going.
