Down on Kilimala Road in Changanassery, you’ll find our place. It’s a straightforward setup where we handle everything for Anoos Food Products. We don’t have any big corporate signs or a lobby with chairs. Mostly, it’s just the work area and a small space where we keep the records. The weather here can be quite sticky, so we usually have the side doors open to catch whatever air comes through. It’s a family-type operation. We don’t spend money on fancy advertisements or polished websites. Most people around here just know us from word of mouth. The building is an older one, but it does the job. You’ll see bags of raw materials stacked up near the entrance because that’s the easiest place to unload the trucks. We do a lot of the packing by hand, so there’s always someone busy at the tables. Sometimes we run late if a shipment arrives behind schedule. We don’t complain much; it’s just how the business goes. If you come by, you might see us sitting outside on the steps during lunch. It’s a quiet life on this road compared to the main town center. We aren’t trying to change the world. We just want to make sure the food we send out is good and that we can keep the lights on for another month. It’s just honest work in a regular town. We have a few cats that hang around the back too. It's just a part of the day.
