Aled Immuno Foods Llp is run out of Alumoottil House. You’ll find us on Chunold Seminary Road, care of John A P. It’s a quiet residential road, not the kind of place where you’d expect a food business to be. But that’s where we are. We use the space at the house to handle our immuno food products. It’s a small, family-style operation. We don’t have a big production line or a huge staff. Most things are done by hand or with small machines. The house has a lot of history, and working from here feels more natural than being in an industrial park. We spend our time looking at ingredients and figuring out the best way to put them together. It’s about health and nutrition, but we don't like to use big medical words or marketing talk. We just want to make stuff that’s good for people to eat. There’s a lot of weighing and measuring involved in every batch. Sometimes the neighbors walk by and peek in to see what we’re doing. It’s a very local feel. We don't have a marketing department or a sales team. It’s just us doing the work every day. We focus on getting the details right. If a batch isn't quite right, we don't send it out. It’s about being honest with what we’re making in our own home space on Seminary Road. It keeps us busy and we like the work.
