Running Al Falah Courier And Cargo out of the Peevees Complex keeps us pretty busy from morning until night. It is a lot of heavy lifting and making sure boxes get to where they are supposed to go. We have a lot of parcels coming in and out every hour. The office isn't much to look at, just a counter and plenty of space for stacking crates and envelopes. We spend most of our time on the phone or checking tracking numbers on the computer. It’s a lot of logistics, but we just call it moving stuff. Being in Peevees Complex makes it easy for people to find us when they need to drop something off. Sometimes the loading dock gets a bit crowded, and we have to move things around to make room for the next truck. We don't have a big corporate office with fancy carpets. It’s just a practical workspace where we get the job done. We’ve seen all sorts of items pass through here, from small documents to big pieces of furniture. Every day is a bit different depending on what people are sending. We just try to keep things organized so nothing gets lost in the shuffle. It's a lot of work and sometimes we stay late to finish the manifest, but that is just part of the life here. We focus on the packages and making sure they move along.
