Achus Ventures Private Limited

Achus Ventures Private Limited is located at Korandippillil House, which is Door No.13/15 in Vallicode. It’s a quiet part of Kottayam. We started this thing right out of the house here. It’s not a big glass office building like you see in the cities. It’s just a regular place in a residential area where we manage our business. The mail comes to Vallicode P.O. and the postman knows us by name usually. Working from Korandippillil House means we don’t have to deal with city traffic every morning. We just walk into the designated room and start our day. Some days are slower than others, but we keep busy with whatever needs doing for the ventures we’ve got going. Kottayam weather is mostly rain or sun, and we see plenty of both from our windows. We have a few desks set up and enough space for our files. It’s a simple setup. People from the neighborhood know where we are. We don’t really do much in the way of fancy meetings. Mostly just phone calls and handling the local logistics from the desk. It feels more natural being in a house than in a rented shop. We’ve lived in this area for a long time, so setting up Achus Ventures here just made sense to us at the time. It’s peaceful, and we can focus without all the noise you get near the main roads or town centers. We usually finish up by six and call it a day for the family.
